I like the lesson since this is a ridiculous misconception. And I like that they didn’t do the “the other senses takes over for the one you lost” crap. That’s not how it works! It seems like that because you’re relying on the others more. In reality they’re the exact same. In this case, the kid heard the meowing.
The only downside is Spirit is kind of useless here. Anyone could have given this advice, or the kids could have figured it out themselves. All he does is caption what happens. Good PSA but maybe in the wrong show?
