This a really relatable scenario. Who hadn’t done something that they knew would get them in trouble so they looked for a way out? But honesty is always the best way to go. Especially since the parents will probably figure it out so not only did you break the window but lied, making things worst. This should have been brought up here also but throwing the younger brother under the but isn’t nice either. And telling your folks is never as bad as you think it’ll be.
Apparently on his off hours Flint drives around watching kids. Nothing weird there.
