Wow…I have no idea who they are!
So apparently bicycles don’t need helmets unless they’re motorized? How come we never got a seatbelt psa??? We heard about life jackets, reflectors and helmets but never seatbelts. ah the 80s, such a simple time. But the psa is good and gets its point across.
Is it common for kids to be riding Atv’s?
